This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Laraiyatar P.S. Case No. 03 of 2016 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 504, 506, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the fact that chargesheet was not submitted against the petitioner but subsequently cognizance has been taken against him, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15026 of 2020(3) dt.08-12-2021 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., 1st, Munger, in connection with Laraiyatar P.S. Case No. 03 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
