The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 866 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 384 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant with knife causing injury on his cheek. It is submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to previous enmity. The injury caused to the informant is found simple by the doctor. No case under Section 307 IPC is made out. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.
