JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 323, 379, 406, 120(B), 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 / 4 D.P.Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is of torturing the informant for non fulfillment of demand of additional dowry. On behalf of the petitioner, it has been submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no chance of reconciliation between the parties. It is also submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit an amount of Rs. 2500/- (twenty five hundred) per month in the court below, which may be released in favour of the informant.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner is directed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19254 of 2015 (3) dt.04-09-2015 2/2 to deposit an amount of Rs. 2500/- (twenty five hundred) per month in the court below, which shall be released in favour of the informant.

Let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M.,Saran in connection with Manjhi P.S.Case No. 23 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
