05-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 659 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 380/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the F.I.R., the informant has alleged that her ornaments and case of Rs. 50,000/- were stolen from the box, which was kept in her house. It is further alleged that informant had seen petitioner fleeing away.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner has been made accused only on suspicion. Petitioner is having no criminal antecedent.

No.13248 of 2020(2) dt.05-03-2020 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as nature of accusation, in the event of her arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, District - West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 659 of 2019, subject to condition, as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
