The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 108 of 2017 for the office registered under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation and that now the

No.35488 of 2017 (2) dt.10-08-2017 2/2 petitioners have deposited the penal amount as imposed by the Excise Authorities in pursuance of the order passed under Section 42(1) read with section 68 of the Bihar Excise Act, 1915, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S.
