JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the informant's diesel pump set was stolen. The name of the petitioner sprang up during investigation as on the petitioner's bicycle the stolen pump set was taken away. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that since the petitioner filed a petition against the local SHO before the Human Rights Commission, hence, the petitioner has been sought to be roped in the present case.

The aforesaid facts constitute grounds for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10200 of 2015 (2) dt.22-04-2015 2/2 below in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Rupauli P.S. Case No. 61 of 2014 pending in the court of learned CJM, Purnea.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
