JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-04-2018 The trial court has reported that only I.O and Doctor have been left to be examined. The report of the trial court goes to show that the trial of the petitioner is going on in full swing. Therefore, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Session trial no. 84 of 2015 arising out of Amarpur P.S No. 301 of 2014, pending in the court of learned F.T.C-I.,Banka stands rejected. However, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial of the petitioner within four months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order. It is also made clear that the trial court should procure the attendance of I.O and Doctor for their examination even taking stern action against both the above stated officials.
