Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 30 (A) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 22.01.2020.
