2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Samastipur Muffasil P.S. Case No. 410 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 76, 118(1), 109(1), 117(2), 303(2), 329(4), 351(2), 352 and 3(5) of the B.N.S., lodged on 06.10.2025 by the informant Priyanka Kumari.
