2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Piprahi P.S. case No.87 of 2021, registered under Sections 493, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Prosecution case, in short, is that the co-accused Dilip Paswan established physical relation with the victim for last three years after alluring her to perform marriage. The allegation against the petitioners is of abusing the informant in

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are grandfather, maternal uncle, maternal aunt and mother of the main accused Dilip Paswan against whom there is allegation of continuing sexual relation with the informant at the pretext of marriage. The petitioners are the persons of clean antecedent. They have falsely been implicated merely because they are close relatives of the main accused Dilip Paswan. He has also submitted that co-accused Dilip Paswan has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.05.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 5236 of 2022.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State and the learned counsel for the informant have opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioners also abused the informant when she went to complain to their house.

6. The petitioners are close relatives of the main accused Dilip Paswan. Moreover, Dilip Paswan has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court.

7. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be

No.14852 of 2025(4) dt.07-11-2025 3/3 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge POCSO, Sheohar in connection with Piprahi P.S. case No.87 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
