This is an application for restoration of Cr. Misc. no. 42907 of 2014 which was dismissed for default due to noncompliance of the order dated 22.1.2015. It is submitted that due to wrong calculation the notice under both process has been filed on 5.2.2015 and there is no deliberate laches on the part of the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances, this application is allowed and Cr. Misc. no. 42907 of 2014 is restored to its original file.

This application stands disposed of.
