This is second attempt for grant of bail on behalf of the petitioner. Earlier, considering seriousness of the nature of accusation, prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by order dated 14.07.2016 in Cr. Misc. No. 26926 of 2016. In this case by order dated 28.06.2017 a report from the court below was called for regarding status of the case, which has been received and kept at flag 'A'. The report suggests that out of seven charge-sheeted witnesses till the date of report six witnesses have already been examined, whereas learned counsel for the petitioner submits that again prosecution has furnished name of additional witnesses to examine.
