Since all these applications arise out of Navinagar P.S. Case No. 51 of 2022 registered for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018, they have been heard together and they are being disposed of by this common order.

The petitioners of all these applications apprehend their arrest in connection with Navinagar P.S. Case No. 51 of 2022 registered for the offences Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. Recovery of 1800 litres of illicit liquor has been made from the pick-up van and the petitioners have criminal antecedents of similar nature and they have been found involved in the crime. During course of investigation, materials have come against the petitioners to connect them with the alleged crime.

In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioners, all these anticipatory bail applications are not
