Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 461 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is under suspicion to have committed theft of battery etc. of a mobile tower for the reason that the petitioner and others were seen fleeing from the place of occurrence.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 21.12.2017. Nothing was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Investigation of the case is already complete and the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial.

No.22663 of 2018 (2) dt.23-04-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Pakridayal Police Station Case No. 173 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
