2. This writ application has been filed for issuance of direction to the respondent authorities to create Jamabandi in the name of the petitioner and to cancel the Jamabandi which has been created in favour of respondent No. 5 instead of the petitioner in Mutation Case No. 01/2010-15.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner requests for disposal of the writ application granting liberty to the petitioner to move before the competent authority in accordance with law for redressal of his grievance.

4. In view of the limited prayer made on behalf of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6334 of 2016(3) dt.15-01-2024 2/2 petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move before the competent authority in accordance with law

5. It goes without saying that if any question of limitation arises before the competent authority, the same shall be considered taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner was pursuing the issue before this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

6. With the above observation, the writ application stands disposed of.
