The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Sahkund P.S. Case No 319 of 2019 Registered for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. There is allegation of recovery of illicit liquor from the house of the petitioners. It is also alleged that 25 Kgs of wet Mahua seeds was also recovered from the front and back portion of the house of the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as nature of accusation, I am not inclined to grant bail to these petitioners.
