Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No.878 of 2017, registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 427 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation in brief is that all accused persons were assaulting the informant with fists and one Rajendra Sah shot an arrow causing injury on the head and Ranjeet Sah assaulted with dabiya causing injury in his finger.
Submission is that there is admittedly land dispute between both sides, no specific over at is alleged against the petitioner and only two injuries were found on the person of the informant that is attributed specifically to Rajendra Sah and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19972 of 2018(2) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 Ranjeet Sah.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Bikram Sah is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No.878 of 2017.
