The petitioner has filed this petition for modification of the order dated 20.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27095 of 2015, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on his undertaking to deposit 20% of Rs. 1,11,50,468.44 within eight months.

It is submitted that the petitioner only deposited Rs. 5,00,000/- within eight months out of Rs. 22,00,000/- and prayed to extend the period of depositing the remaining amount by six months.

The petitioner had already undertaken to deposit 20% of Rs. 1,11,50,468.44 within eight months and has deposited Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13955 of 2016 (2) dt.07-09-2016 2/2 5,00,000/- only. I do not find any satisfactory reason to extend the period of depositing the amount.
