2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 89 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section(s) 103, & 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner, who is a woman, is suspected of participating in the killing of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 14.11.2025. He further submits that apart from suspicion, there is no material evidence against her to connect with the crime.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 89 of 2025.
