The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Section 30 (A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that as per allegation, 27 litres of foreign liquor were allegedly recovered from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 28.04.2017.

Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39250 of 2017(2) dt.19-08-2017 2/2 bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Kishanganj in connection with Special Case No. 21 of 2017 arising out of Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 29 of 2017 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
