The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 363/364A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the FIR, there is allegation of kidnapping of the grandson of the informant against unknown. The victim has not named anyone in his statement before the police as kidnapper. Similarly situated co-accused Durganand Kumar Paswan has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.4812 of 2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12731 of 2018 (2) dt.07-03-2018 P2/ Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Ladania P.S. Case No.135 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
