This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Rajauli P.S. Case No. 387 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused, who have said that they have purchased the stolen mobiles from the petitioner and one more person who are involved in stealing the mobiles from the office.

Considering the aforesaid facts, in the opinion of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25365 of 2021(2) dt.09-03-2022 2/2 this Court, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
