On behalf of the State and informant, it has been submitted that the process under Sections-82 & 83 of the Cr.P.C. has already been issued against the petitioner and in the light of the same, the present anticipatory bail application is not maintainable. Considering the aforesaid submission, the present application filed in connection with Hussainganj (M.H. Nagar) P.S. Case No. 137 of 2020 is disposed of as not maintainable. If the petitioner surrenders in the court below and seeks regular bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
