The petitioner seeks bail in K. Hat P.S. Case No.821 of 2019, registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant, a police officer, arrested the petitioner and Md. Soheb on the allegation that they were trying to commit theft and they had parked the motorcycle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no manner of concern with the recovered motorcycle. The petitioner was standing there but on mere suspicion, the petitioner has been arrested. The petitioner is in jail since 09.11.2019 and he has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts, petitioner, namely, Md. Javed is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
