=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 13-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order of cognizance dated 1.4.2011 passed in L.N.M.U. Campus P.S. Case No. 14 of 2010 by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Darbhanga. The Petitioner submits that the case is directly covered by the decision rendered in the case of Suneet Gupta Vrs. Anil Triloknath Sharma & Ors., reported in AIR 2008 SC (Suppl.) 1934. However, this Court has been informed that now charges have already been framed and Trial is going on.
In view of such, this application for quashing the order
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18639 of 2012 dt.13-02-2015 2/2 of cognizance appears to have become infructuous. The application stands disposed of with aforesaid observation.
