The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Maintand P.S. Case No. 17 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of the E. C. Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a motivated inspection was conducted behind the back of the petitioner when he had gone out for treatment of his wife and he has not committed any irregularity and he has also not sold the alleged food grains in black market. It is further submitted that the entire allegation is motivated at the instance of the covillagers, who are inimical with the petitioner. It is further submitted petitioner is a old man having no criminal antecedent.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19993 of 2015 (2) dt.25-06-2015 Considering the aforesaid submissions and the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Bettiah in connection with Mainatand P.S. Case No. 17 of 2015. subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr. P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Jagdish/- U T
