JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-02-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Beldaur P.S.Case No. 209 of 2017 registered under Sections 414 of the Indian penal Code and 7 of Essential Commodities Act.
Allegation in brief is that 150 litres of kerosene oil was recovered from the house of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a farmer and it was kept for using in irrigation purposes and he is in custody since 16.10.2017 and has no criminal antecedent except on case lodged under Excise Act.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Ranjan Kumar Singh, is directed to be
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6192 of 2018 (2) dt.05-02-2018 2/2 released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Khagaria in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 209 of 2017.
