The present writ petition has been preferred: for issuance of the appropriate writ/writs, order/orders or direction/directions for directing the respondents-authorities to creat the 'jamabandi and issue revenue receipts in favour of the petition with respect to the land situated under Mauza-Katar, Thana No. 176, Khata No. 233, Plot NO. 1156 and Area 65 decimals which has been settled in the Settlement Case No. 25/1975-76 in favour of the petitioners.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he petitioned before the Circle Officer, Dehri On-Sone, Rohtas on

Patna High Court CWJC No.4769 of 2024(2) dt.27-06-2024 2/2 10.01.2024 with respect to the land in question but decision is wanted.

4. Learned counsel for the State counsel submits that if any petition is preferred and received in the office, in this case the office of Circle Officer, Dehri On-Sone, Rohtas as would reflect from the receipt dated 10.02.2024, the same has to be taken to its logical conclusion.

5. This Court has taken note of the fact that the citizen are approaching the High Court only for getting their petition disposed of which is sad state of affairs.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of directing the Circle Officer, Dehri On-Sone, Rohtas (respondent no. 4) to take up the matter immediately and after hearing the parties, the same be disposed of, if still not disposed of within next three months.
