ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 28-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the complainant as well as the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.1565 of 2014, Trial No.4837/2014, for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 323, 498A and 406 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Earlier the matter was sent to the Mediation Centre, Patna High Court for arriving at a settlement. From the report of the Mediator dated 19.8.2015, it

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19583 of 2015 (3) dt.28-09-2015 2/2 appears that a settlement has been arrived at and the petitioner and the opposite party No.2 are now residing together in peace and harmony.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali, in connection with Complaint Case No.1565 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
