Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 414, 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner was caught red handed while he along with co-accused was trying to steal a motorcycle. Petitioner is in jail custody since 23.09.2019. Admittedly, investigation against the petitioner has already been completed.

Considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing
