2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Shivsagar P.S. Case No. 180 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the accused persons including the petitioners having entered into house of the informant, started abusing and assaulting the informant and his family members by means of lathi, sticks, garasa, bricks etc., due to which, informant's son received head injury.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. They are the persons of clean antecedents. The allegations are general and omnibus against the petitioners. The allegation of inflicting assault is against co-accused Golu Ahmad and Rajji Ahmad. He has further submitted that on exactly similar footing, co-accused namely, Kasim Ahmand, Hena Khatton @ Heena Khatoon, Nehal Ahmad, Khusboo Khatoon @ Tarrum Naz @ Tarannum and Mobina Khatoon have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 12.02.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 1918 of 2025.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas in connection with Shivsagar P.S. Case No. 180 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Nirmal/- U T
