The petitioners, three in number, filed this petition for extending the period of their surrender in the learned court below in pursuance of the order dated 09.02.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5315 of 2015. It is submitted that petitioner Manoj Paswan fell ill and, therefore, the petitioners could not surrender within time.

The reasons stated in the petition are not acceptable. It is purely laches on the part of the petitioners. Therefore, I am not inclined to extend the period of surrender of the petitioners. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
