Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner had been rejected by this Hon'ble Court, vide order dated 7.8.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.33043 of 2017 and order dated 35182 of 2017 with an observation to renew their prayer for bail after framing of charge.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that now the charges have been framed in the case and the petitioners are in custody since 28.4.2017 and 20.5.2017 respectively and they are ready to abide by any condition imposed upon them.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44710 of 2017 (2) dt.13-09-2017 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Sessions Trial No.460 of 2017 arising out of Bettiah (Muffasil) P.S.Case No.141 of 2017, with condition that the petitioners shall co-operate in disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court. In the event of failure on their part to appear before the court below on two consecutive dates without showing any genuine reason, their bail bond shall be cancelled.
