2. The petitioner is in custody since 11.11.2017 in connection with GRP Patna Sadar, Patna P.S. Case No. 571 of 2017 for the alleged offences under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with alleged recovery of one Micromax mobile phone after pick pocketing the same from the informant. It is submitted that no other incriminating articles such as blade, knife etc., have been recovered which suggests that the petitioner is a pickpocket. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.
4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged as well as the recovery of the Micromax phone of the informant having been made from the possession of the petitioner after
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6365 of 2018 (2) dt.01-02-2018 being caught by the Railway Police Force, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner at this stage. The bail petition stands dismissed.
