The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, the five named accused persons including the petitioner herein are stated to have shot the brother of the informant in his chest who on being taken to hospital was declared dead.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. The allegations are general and omnibus in nature. There are no eye witness to the occurrence. The petitioner is in custody since 8.12.2020 and chargesheet has been submitted in the case.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations against the petitioner in the F.I.R., the Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and the application is rejected.
