Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks to file a detailed representation before the Registrar of the Munger University, Munger, which has come into existence after reconstitution of the said university and considering that the college concerned was initially constituent unit of Tilka Manjhi University, Bhagalpur, the Registrar of the Tilka Manjhi University, Bhagalpur, must ensure to send the entire records relating to the petitioner to the Registrar of the Munger University, Munger, without waiting for any representation to be filed on behalf of the petitioners.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file a detailed representation before the Registrar of the Munger University,

Patna High Court CWJC No.3535 of 2023(2) dt.25-07-2023 3/3 Munger, who shall ensure to make payment of the entire amount as claimed by the petitioners in their representation within a period of six weeks in accordance with law.

4. The petitioners must ensure to file their individual representation giving details relating to their grievance.
