28-07-2021 The matter is placed through Video Conferencing. This application has been filed for modification of order dated 26.02.2020 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 2338 of 2020 to the extent of extension of period of surrender. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that earlier petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by order dated 26.02.2020 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 2338 of 2020, whereby petitioner was directed to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks, but the petitioner could not surrender within time due to Corona pandemic and lockdown. In view of aforesaid fact, further four weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the court below. Accordingly, this modification petition is allowed.
