2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Singhiya P.S. Case No. 176 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 109(1), 303(2),352,351(2),3(5) of the BNS.

3. The petitioner and other co-accused asaulted the victim. He is in jail since 05.10.2024. The petitioner claims to have clean antecedent.

4. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Rosera, Samastipur/ concerned court in connection with Singhiya P.S. Case No. 176 of 2024.

5. At the time of furnishing bail bonds, the trial court will verify the antecedent of the petitioner and will accept the bail bond if he has clean antecedent. In case, there are some case are found against him, his bail bonds shall not be accepted. During the pendency of this case, the petitioner will mark his attendance in Hasanpur police station on 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month.
