2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sheikhpura P.S.Case No.364 of 2024,FIR dated 21.09.2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023.

3. Allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted to the informant's brother Suman Kumar with rod causing multiple injuries on his body including injury on vital part of his body.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17870 of 2025(2) dt.10-04-2025 2/2 petitioner has clean antecedent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. The allegation as alleged in the FIR is false and fabricated and the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the FIR.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State, on the other hand, has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that it appears from the FIR that there is direct and specific allegation against the petitioner that he assaulted to the informant's brother Suman Kumar with rod causing multiple injuries on his body including injury on vital part of his body and the injury report of informant's brother Suman Kumar suggests that the injury is grievous in nature.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Sheikhpura P.S.Case No.364 of 2024 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura..

7. Prayer is refused.
