JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-06-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341,323,504,506 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation against the petitioner is of causing injury on the head of the informant with measuring weight. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the injury has been found to be simple and there is no repetition of blow. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that the accusation has been levelled in the background of dispute with regard to placement of mobile vegetable shop.

No.21873 of 2015 (2) dt.23-06-2015 2/2 The aforesaid facts constitute grounds for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 50 of 2015 pending in the court of learned JM Ist Class, Patna.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
