This application has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing the proceeding of under Section 144 of Cr.P.C. initiated on the basis of the application dated 27.06.2013 of opposite party-2 in which the petitioner and one Vijay Rai were made as member of second party by the S.D.M. Sadar Chhapra directing the Officer-in-Charge, Chhapra to furnish the report and to maintain the peace on the spot.

I find no illegality in quashing on the application of the opposite party no.2 filed under Section 144 of Cr.P.C. to maintain peace on land of dispute. Moreover, the life span of order passed under Section 144 Cr.P.C. is only 60 days, which has already been rejected. Accordingly, this application is hereby dismissed.
