The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/323/324/307/504/506 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and both the sides have received injuries. It is further submitted that there exists land dispute between the parties. The injuries purported to have been inflicted, have been found to be simple in nature.
