This is a case registered under Sections 147,149,341,323,504,506,353,342,332,307 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by the petitioner's counsel that as per the allegation in the FIR it would be apparent that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and other co-accused persons. The medical report shows two simple injuries on the victim and as such the case under Section 307 IPC would not be made out. The petitioner is in jail custody since 22.07.2017. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be

No.12937 of 2018 (3) dt.06-04-2018 2/2 released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge IV, Darbhanga in Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 131 of 2017 subject to the conditions :

(i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the Petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the Petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the Petitioner.

(ii) That the Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
