JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-03-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 8.11.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.47060 of 2017 with an observation that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail before the trial court itself once charge is framed and evidence of informant and injured is recorded. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that after framing of charge and examination of informant and injured petitioner has moved the court below but prayer for bail has been rejected. Further submission is that they have not identified the petitioner and not supported the prosecution case and he is in custody for about one year.

No.17638 of 2018 (2) dt.28-03-2018 2/2 In the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-III, West Champaran, Bettiah, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 606 of 2017, arising out of Bettiah Town (Kalibag O.P.) P.S.Case No. 317 of 2017, subject to the conditions that (1) one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable property in the jurisdiction of court concerned and (2) petitioner shall co-operate in disposal of trial and appear on each and every date, except on genuine ground, failing which his bail bond shall be cancelled.
