ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 17-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks quashing of the First Information Report of Ishakchak P.S. Case No. 35 of 2013 on the ground that the procedure has not been followed before institution of the First Information Report.

Since these are the matters which would be considered during investigation, I am not inclined to interfere at this stage. The application stands disposed off with a direction to the Investigating Officer to conclude the investigation positively within a period of three months, if it has not done so already considering the aforesaid and other aspect of the matter.
