Petitioner is accused in a case registered for offence under sections 419, 420 and 406 of the IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation of deriving benefits of pension under two schemes by changing his name is false and in fact his credentials have been misused by the competent authority and as such he has falsely been implicated in this case. He submits that even in investigation it has come that under the second name, i.e., Jairam Kumar the petitioner has not received any benefit. Prior to the lodging of the instant case, the petitioner is not an accused in any other case. Petitioner is in custody in the instant case since 31.12.2017. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be

No.13393 of 2018 (3) dt.12-04-2018 released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IV, Buxar in Simri Police Station Case No. 291 of 2017 on the following conditions:- (a) One of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioner.

(b) The petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fail to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
