Case No. 392 of 2019 dated 20.10.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act in which he is in custody since 20.10.2019.

The petitioner has been implicated in the present case only on the basis of suspicion. One of the co-accused persons of this case has been granted bail by a bench of this Court.

Nothing incriminating appears to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has been made accused in two other cases in the past, in which he is on bail. Considering the nature of accusation against

No.13223 of 2020(2) dt.02-03-2020 2/2 the petitioner and his period of custody, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Rahui P.S. Case No. 392 of 2019.
