The petitioner is in custody in connection with Piprakothi P.S. Case No. 196 of 2017, a case under Sections 363, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently added Section 395 IPC. The petitioner is in custody since 22.01.2017. The FIR of the occurrence of dacoity is against un-known. Name of the petitioner has surfaced during investigation in confessional statement of co-accused.

Submission is that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He was never put on T.I. parade and he is ready to co-operate with the trial.

No.11069 of 2018 (2) dt.27-02-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid submission, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Piprakothi Police Station Case No. 196 of 2017 with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
