JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-03-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Imamganj PS Case No. 145 of 2017 registered under Sections 379, 414 and 411 of the IPC.
Submission is that two cases were instituted out of the recovery of stolen motorcycle from the garage of the petitioner and in Imamganj PS Case No. 149 of 2017 the petitioner has been admitted to bail and prior to that the petitioner had no criminal antecedent. It was submitted that motorcycle was brought to his garage for mechanical work.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Vikash Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Imamganj PS Case No. 145 of 2017.
