The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kajra P.S. Case No. 83 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that both the parties are agnates and petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute. It has been further submitted that from perusal of the injury report it appears that the injuries are simple in nature. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 10.12.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon
